How to Stay Consistent When Motivation Runs Out
· 4 min read
Every aspirant starts motivated. By month three, most are running on habit — or not running at all. Consistency comes from systems, not willpower.
- Fix a start time and a place, and protect them
- Make the first task tiny: open the book, read one page
- Track a streak on paper and don't break it
- Plan tomorrow before you leave today
- Study near other serious people — focus is contagious
On bad days, aim for half your usual target rather than zero. A small day keeps the habit alive.
